Kingsmill Resort

Had an amazing stay at Kingsmill. The room was spacious and clean with great amenities. Great hotel staff. Both golf courses on property were phenomenal. Perfect family vacation destination, with activities for kids of all ages.

This resort costs way too much for how mediocre everything was. The rooms were dark and dirty. The food was average and overpriced.

Perfect for families

We had an amazing guest experience with Ella and Silvia. Both of them where able to accomodate our last minute travel adjustments and abrupt changes. The staff is outstanding here!!

This is our first time visit at Kingsmill property for 4 nights and 5 days,,and we loved every bit of it. The condo was amazing with all the amenities and the staff and services were to the top!! Our stay was smooth as everything was in a walking distance. The river pool was beautiful with most delicious drinks and food.. The condo view was astonishing!! The whole stay was just like Home away from a home…!! Highly recommend!!

Accomdations were excellent. The fitness was great. Fun time fishing and site seeing.

Room wasn’t clean. Carpet and bathroom sink dirty. Only 1 bathroom glass provided and it was dirty. Hotel refused to comp one of the nights because we reserved through Expedia.

When we travel we usually pay a little extra for a nice resort. I must say that the grounds are beautiful! The check in went great however when we walked inside our room???? It was very dated and unusually small. There was a damp smell & with closer inspection there was critters in the corners. The T.V. didn't work but when a small lizard scrambled when my wife open the back door... we knew we couldn't stay. After going back to check in desk the staff was friendly & gave us another room. This room was better however we still left a day early. Granted some of the other cottages & rooms may be a lot better but it just wasn't what we expected for the price.
