Beautiful property pet friendly out dog loved it.

We were told there was a dog park on dot and we could not find it and staff would not direct us to it.

"Disappointing for the price"

Property location is in close walking distance to the Plaza and the attractions near there as well as close to the Railyard. The staff were all excellent and very friendly

The bathroom was very small There was construction going on and this was inconvenient. In my mind unsafe. One of the exits on the first floor was blocked. We were awakened one night with someone entering our room. We had locked our door with all the locks. We found out it was someone on staff. They did not knock or call out when they unlocked our door with their passkey. This was very disturbing. The manager on duty that night corrected the situation after we contacted the front desk.

"Visiting the southwest"

Hotel Santa Fe is a beautiful hotel. The staff is super helpful and friendly. There is a shuttle that will drive you anyplace in Santa Fe that you might want to go. It’s all very walkable as well if that is preferred. The restaurant is quite good and the continental breakfast is a perfect way to start the day. We also enjoyed the pool. Lovely stay.

"Good stay in Santa Fe."

Nice location, nice rooms, excellent restaurant and staff. A little expensive for an extremely small room, but that is to be expected in Santa Fe. I really like the shuttle that runs within a mile distance.

The main architectural feature of the hotel, the lobby fireplace, was under renovation and covered with plastic sheeting.
