Wonderful 2-night stay…we loved the property and the staff helping us. The pool area is stunning and so peaceful, no need to visit a spa! The lobby is under construction but it was not a disruption to us. Our room was awesome we had a double suite and it had so much charm and space. Special shout out to Katrina for helping us with this reservation and being so thoughtful and attentive to our needs. Can’t wait to return and enjoy the tranquility of hotel Santa Fe!

"Good location, pleasant staff and great shuttle service but the place needs some sprucing up"

Lobby was under construction and the pool wasn’t open when we checked in

Lobby construction detracted from the ambiance and charm of the place. Tee pee is also gone from the dining area.

I was willing to overlook the old rooms, outdated furniture, not enough linens, lobby construction, and ok food at the restaurant - I wasn't going to leave a review because it was fine. When my family and I went to use the pool and found out it was closed - after Memorial Day - because it hadn't passed NM inspection, I decided it was time to write a review. We were not informed of the closed pool or construction when booking, prior to check-in or even at check-in. When I asked if the pool was closed, no concessions were made. We are unable to even sit in the pool area. The customer service is less than ideal. I called the Hilton Santa Fe Plaza and they offered for us to use their pool with day passes. If you're looking for a place to stay with the family that's somewhat updated and with a pool to relax and cool down at, Santa Fe Hotel and Hacienda is NOT the place for you.
