Authentic Santa Fe; shuttle service; staff; beautiful rooms

Small complaint;slatted blinds allow light to enter room in the early morning. A blackout shade installed behind the blinds would be helpful.

We stayed in the Hacienda section of the hotel and were very impressed with the level of personal attention we received from everyone. Every staff interaction was a pleasure and we were truly made to feel special. The room, which had a gas fireplace, was extremely comfortable and exuded genuine Southwestern charm. The evening reception at the top of the hotel was also a nice touch as was the morning continental breakfast that featured some some decent French pastries. We would absolutely stay here again.

I recently stayed at Hacienda Spa and Hotel, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing overall. The rooms are clearly outdated and in need of significant updates. Despite being charged a resort fee, there were essentially no resort-style amenities to justify the extra cost, which felt misleading. One of the biggest issues was the pool—it was not in working order during my stay, which was a major letdown and further made the “resort fee” feel unjustified. The only positive aspect of this hotel was the staff, who were friendly and accommodating for the most part. Their professionalism was appreciated, but it wasn’t enough to make up for the lack of quality in other areas. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless improvements are made to the property and amenities.

Owned and operated by native Americans, beautiful art and culture within the hotel. Also there is a transfer service to take you into the heart of town. Very easy to book. On selected nights there is entertainment in the lobby.
