Room was clean and all staff very helpful. We have stayed at this hotel twice now and recommend the ‘Bay wing’. This is the newer building and access to the newer pool and breakfast facilities. Room was good size, new and modern and good facilities. Approaching typhoon and the staff were accommodating with an early check out (one day early).

Loved all the pools and the spacious rooms. Most hotels don’t accommodate our large family, this one did. Pools were great (indoor and outdoor). We appreciated that tattoos are welcome.

Pools closed at 6pm daily. Thought breakfast was included in my accommodations and when I arrived it wasn’t. A bit upsetting.
