"Overall pleasant"

Service very good. Réception, bar and restaurants are excellent. Sadly room we had was the smallest ibis room I've ever seen and in need of decoration. Clean and perfectly serviceable though for an overnight stay. Be aware that, parking us underground, plentiful but 18 euros a day.

This was a quick overnight before a long drive, so basically sleep and go, but everything was handled smoothly and the breakfast had a good choice.

IBIS caught us by surprise when we ckecked in that there was no room available in IBIS but they offered a room in their adjoining Mercure under the same hotel group

"The hotel is ok, staff not so friendly"

The hotel is fine, the best thing is that is well located. We wanted to extend our stay for 2 more nights (3 room) and I will only say that the staff wasn't very helpful. In general the hotel is fine, nothing special except from the location.
