The hotel's staff could not have been nicer to me: they were friendly, helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable about Helsinki. And pleasant, too. The buffet breakfast was very good-- especially the delicious, Finnish rye bread, which I had never tasted before. My only criticism: the coffee was only so-so.

"Prime location hotel great servise."

The servise was amazing the first room i got eaa with bad that moved at night.. the replaced the room and upgraded it with a smile. The brakefast was very good The hotel sauna is nice and allso the gimm is a city gimm with everything inside . The location was perfect. One step of the bigest mall.
