Comfort Suites Stevens Point

Very good large room comfortable king size bed a giant whirlpool tub for two microwave fridge. Met the new manager that taken over a couple of weeks ago and really was trying to get the place back up to speed and doing a good job.Very nice indoor hot tub and pool breakfast in the morning was your typical hotel breakfast eggs tasted like they were powdered.

Internet connect is not good. Too many times couldn't get on. This is a problem because I need it for business information

The room was dark/bad lighting. Very noisy outside our window... leaf blowers etc starting early in the morning. Thin walls.. we could hear everything outside our door. Also, one of the beds was uncomfortable and every time I rolled over it made a popping noise

We did not end up staying at Comfort Suites because the pool and hot tub were closed for construction. The worker said it that the manager said that was listed on the website. It is not listed when I booked the hotel and not when we checked on Friday night. We planned to stay at the hotel because it had a pool and hot tub. We were having a weekend to relax with our college students. Yes they did have the option to go to the YMCA but that is not what we wanted to have to have lots of other people around and lots of little children. It was disappointing to have to try to find a hotel in the area that still had rooms. The worker did offer to see if they could give us a discount on the room but we decided to not stay. I hope that the information is on the website now so that more people do not have to be disappointed and have to find another place to stay.

Nice beds. Understaffed, but they pulled together to make customers happy. After I made the reservation, my Son had an accident and was using crutches. They attempted to get a handicap accessible room, but they were all booked with the busy weekend; They did change us from a room far down the hall to one next to the elevator. Need some work in the parking lot.Pool area looked inviting, but we ended up being too busy to use it. Breakfast good, nice variety and Banana nut flavored batter for waffles available.

We have stayed at this facility in the past but this time was a big disappointment. 1. Our TV didnt work (which they were aware of when they assigned the room) 2. Shower rail was broke so that neither side stayed closed while taking a shower. They changed our room for us. 3. The second room had slow water flow in the sink 4. Tub drained so slow it was like it didnt drain, 5. No bread for toast for breakfast, no orange juice or reduced fat milk on our third day there, pancake maker with no pancake mix 6. Sewer smell in the downstairs hallway 7. Staff talks openly in eating area about breakfast issues and other staff members 8. Desk staff not dressed professionally. Room size was very good, beds were comfortable, pillows okay. No insulation in the ceiling so very easy to hear people walking around upstairs.

Close to University, but smelled like someone smoked in the room, towels were ripping on edges and bathroom ceiling looked like it had mold.

We only stayed one night, but the beds were very comfortable and each bed had 4 pillows!!! the pool and hot tub were under maintenance so this was very disappointing as that was one of the reasons we booked here. Also, where the free breakfast is great, the eggs were col and the OJ was watery. The rooms were clean, but somewhat scuffed up, but it was still nice. The staff was AWESOME! Very friendly and apologetic about the pool.

Quiete, clean and convenient . Easy check in and check out.
