Breakers Resort & Beach Bar

We enjoyed our stay here. Rooms were clean, and the staff were very friendly. Definitely will stay here again.

The restaurant was a whole vibe!!! The hotel has everything from lemon ice water to coffee, 24hr hottub/pool, firepits at night on the beach. Very friendly, upbeat staff. Its truelly is a whole vibe!!! I felt very much soaked in and relaxed into this vacation. If i knew it was this magical i would have skipped Mackinac island and came straight here

My family and I based ourselves out of Breakers for our Upper Peninsula trip. I did very little trip planning prior to arriving other then checking out the hotel services and distances from some areas we may want to visit. A “beach vibe” with free (and good) breakfast, delicious wood fired pizza to enjoy, along with smores, by the fire pit and a 24hr pool/hot tub were enjoyed by all of us. But the biggest plus to Breakers? Cheri and Beverly, two of the concierge providers. Friendly, full of great advice and suggestions, they made a huge impact on how we planned or days visiting Munising, Whitefish Point, the Soo and Mackinac Island. Thanks to Cheri and Beverly, our trip was definitely more relaxing! (Suggestion for Breakers: while breakfast was definitely a yummy, it would be nice if it changed slightly from day to day, especially for people who are staying multiple days.)

We've been staying here for yeas and the location is convenient to events, dining, and shopping. The building is getting old. Our room had a dirty sock unde the bed skirt and a used towel haning on the back of the door which was a little off puttling. We couldn't find the TV remote but the concierge was able to help us quickly.
