We got a room with a whole in the wall. The light in the bathroom had a loud screeching sound to it. We had to pay a $50 dollar deposit for our stay that i almost wasnt gonna get back for a couple days because they didnt keep track of whether or not i paid cash or card. Since my fiance and i took a bus i had to walk back and get the cash deposit in 40mph wind gusts. Were coming back in june and giving business to motel 6 because this hotel is extremely disorganized.

"Have the rooms cleaned first."

The room I had was fine but the problem with this stay was they originally checked me into a room and when I got there the room was wide open, a mess. Went back down to the front desk where 2 people were at and one was the cleaning person and turns out she’d forgotten to clean it. Seriously?? Leaves the door wide open, trash by the door, bed not done. Very shoddy cleaning person. Wasn’t happy..

The front desk agent didn’t know what she was doing whatsoever, didn’t know the check-in protocol at all and to top it off it was her first day of training. They need better customer service.
