Location and the food is great!

The service is not 5 stars hotel, everything should be reminded multiple times and some things they just forget to do (like bringing coffee capsules or water to the room. The buffet was very good quality, but the staff is a bit slow and forget things. Restaurants and activities booking is also complicated, since they don’t have enough space.

The hotel is brand new, modern, and exceptionally clean. The location is absolutely gorgeous — it feels completely secluded, peaceful, and quiet. The surrounding views are breathtakingly beautiful. I truly loved the beach: the water is crystal clear, and getting into the sea is very easy and comfortable. For active recreation, there is everything you need: a great gym, a tennis court, and a paddle court. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the room was cleaned twice a day. The food was also delicious.

Nothing at all, everything was absolutely perfect.

We loved the great value we got from this hotel, but this happened because we managed to come in the first month after they opened, so we paid not than much for an amazing stay and excellent value overall. We enjoyed the most the food (though, at time, some of the food was cold during lunch), the a la carte restaurants which were amazing, the bars with great alcohol selection, very nice wine list and amazing cocktails. We especially appreciated the amazing quality of the food selections and ingredients used, which is not the case for all inclusive resorts generally. Another amazing part was the dessert spot and we can clearly admit that we had here the best desserts and home made cakes we have ever tried. Kudos to the pastry chef, everything was absolutely amazing!!! We also enjoyed the staff at this hotel - meaning all the Asian employees were amazing and nice, very well trained and English speaking, which made a different in the overall interactions (saying Hi everyone, even if they were not working and just relaxing was a nice feeling to receive from them). We loved the facilities, the tennis court, the padel court - all of them were great, nicely built. The pools were also great, without any kind of smell, which made a difference. Finally, we appreciated the fact that cats were welcomes and cared also in the hotel area, which is actually a rule for everyone in Greece, but this meant a lot for us to see it. The gardens, the designs, the overall sentiment you gave when you walk around the resort is something unique. Overall, it was a great experience, we enjoyed it a lot (especially for the opening price we got) and the hotel has a huge potential, considering the nice design, the position, the money that were invested in the entire resort, the concept and all the areas created for the visitors. It is a place we would like to come back to!

Even thought there were plenty of nice and amazing parts we enjoyed at this hotel, there were a lot of bad parts as well (and it is a pity, because it has such a huge potential). First things first, the garden looked terrible for a 5 stars hotel. They invested a lot of money in this previously, but probably no one took care of it during the last year/years and now they needed to re-plant again (and for some areas, this did not even happen).. This is not possible for a 5 stars hotel. Moreover, they removed some of the deadwood/brushwood and they left all of them right were they got them out.. it is impossible to do this considering that it would not take more than a few hours to remove everything from there. The same was for the beach area - it was full of different plastics and garbage. During our stay, 2 guys barely managed to take away from garbage in a full day of working, but no one verified what they did there.. They beach remained full of plastic and also the rocks around the gold were having some plastics in them and no one bothered to take them out.. All of these, and many other issues, happened probably also because the top management of the hotel was non-existent in plenty of areas.. they were not doing any verification to the beach, some pool areas, people that should take care of green spaces, etc.. The pool music which was during noon and late evening was awful.. There were few soundtracks (some of them that sounded very bad..) and these were on repeat.. The same selection daily, just 10 or so tracks that were repeated over an over again. What is the point of having a dj paid for this, if this is such a bad experience. Also, the general music (from bars, etc) were pretty strange. It is not about having a particular case, but it would make you feel strange everywhere you would listen it. The overall Greek personnel were not correctly trained, were yelling sometime at each other during visitors (for example, the cleaning manager).

"Génial et cela pourrait encore être plus parfait !"

Séjour parfait du début à la fin ! La chambre était incroyable, avec une vue magnifique et des infrastructures de grande qualité. Le mobilier et les équipements étaient vraiment impeccables, tout était pensé avec soin et très bien entretenu. Le staff philippin est absolument formidable : toujours souriant, attentionné et professionnel. Mention également aux femmes et hommes de ménage, qui font un travail irréprochable. Chaque soir, quelqu’un passait même demander si nous manquions de quelque chose, une attention très appréciable qui montre le niveau de service exceptionnel de l’établissement. La nourriture était très bonne et les restaurants proposés étaient également excellents. Nous n’avons pas eu l’occasion de tester le spa, mais il avait l’air très qualitatif et parfaitement dans le standing de l’hôtel. Une expérience 100 % positive, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Maintenant la partie négative Nous étions dans le bloc le plus opposé de l hôtel ( le meilleur pour la vue et la tranquillité ) mais un peu loin des comodites du resto principale et de la réception, Que étant en base saison la piscine du bas ne disposait pas de snacking ouvert. Que au petit dej on apprécie l’effort de vouloir nous servir à table les boissons mais que c’était beaucoup trop long, parfois on finissait de manger et nos boissons arrivaient seulement… Que nous avons réserver pour jouer au paddle et que une fois l’heure arrivée nous avons été à la réception pour réceptionner les raquettes mais que nous avons patienter plus de 15 minutes et jamais personnes ne nous as donné les raquettes. Le dernier soir nous avons dîné à la viola, le lundi 25 mai et que c’est la première fois que nous avons vu du personnel froid et désagréable les deux jeunes femmes, nous n’avions pas encore fini notre dessert que elle nous demandaient déjà de signé l’addition et de partir. Heureusement Carwen le serveur a été incroyable avec nous

This will be a longer review, sorry in advance 😅 But after spending 8 days here, I honestly feel like people should know what to expect. Also, please, bear in mind that a lot of positive reviews are given by people who are advertising this place. The hotel looks amazing. It’s new, modern, very clean, beautiful design, great padel and tennis courts, and the food was ok, nothing special. Unfortunately, the staff and service completely destroyed the experience for us. I genuinely don’t understand how a hotel that looks this nice can be managed this badly. Every single problem required asking 3-4-5 times before anything happened. Staff would smile, apologize, say “yes yes of course”, and then literally do nothing. Examples: no warm water in the shower → fixed only after the 3rd complaint; towels removed and not replaced for 4 days ; water and coffee capsules never restocked during the entire stay unless we chased them; bathroom mat disappeared and never came back; every small thing became a mission. At some point, calling reception just became exhausting because nothing was actually solved the first, second, or even third time. The waiting times were honestly insane too. 30 minutes for a coffee at the pool, or restaurant became normal. There were a lot of times when they simply would forget about the order. And what made it worse was that the staff themselves were joking about it: “sorry for being late haha, like always.” And that is May, when the hotel is not fully booked, how will they manage with a higher occupancy? The à la carte restaurant was painful: 40 min for starters; 1 more hour for the main course; another 40 min for dessert. Almost 3 hours for dinner. Completely ridiculous. Another thing: they advertise a “collection of 400 wines”. Maybe on paper, cause nothing is in stock.
