Crown Paradise Club Puerto Vallarta All Inclusive

It’s a great place for kids so many activities and they loved the pool. The hotels was a little outdated but clean. Room service menu is on the tv we didn’t have a control we had to call for one. Our card key never opened the door to our room we had to go to front desk they offered a room change after the 4the day but we only had one day left.

Food was garbage buffet gross only good thing omelette girl far way from attractions room air conditioner did not work gave us a fan finger nail left behind side table had not been cleaned before our stay bad attitudes from most not all staff no safe that was supposed to be on wall to store our belonging so will will never be back

It’s an old hotel, the food from the restaurants is good but the one from the buffet was very bad. Also, keep in mind this is a wedding hotel so we got kicked out of the pool because they had to start setting up for a wedding, way earlier than closing time. A lot of water leaks around the upper floors.

Staff is friendly and always greet you with a nice smile and hola. Great place for family

This has to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Let’s start with the rooms. Dirty, unkept and ugly. The bed sheets were stained, the towels were stained, the room was dirty and it looks like the place hasn’t been remodeled since it was built. The food was terrible and the buffet was really small with little options. Reserving a table at the restaurants was very hard. We could only get a reservation one night and we had to go to the front desk to get it. The staff was okay, nothing special. Our bathroom sink was clogged and the safe was not working and the staff took about 45min to an hour to come to the room to fix it. The halls were always dirty, something was always spilled on the floor and they took forever to clean it. The staff was also very noisy, all the time. Do not waste your money at this hotel.

The property needs some more care, food and service was good

I liked the location. Lots to do in surrounding area. Some of the buffet options for dinner and lunch left more to be desired. The staff was awesome, Juan on the beach is the man. Not great water pressure/heat in shower. Overall it was great.

Everything was nice at the property the only disadvantage is that you have to reserve for the restaurants if you have all inclusive, and you can only reverse 1 restaurant per day 👎
