Very friendly and nice place for the family especially for kids

I really liked how the staff is always cleaning trying to keep the hotel & the beach as clean as possible. Very frendly my family and I Loved it.

The customer service was fantastic! From moment my son and I checked in to check out was great! Fidel at reception checked us in and when asked showed me and my son all around as it was our first time there. Dianna at front desk reception were extremely helpful! She made the reservations for us for 3/4 of nights we were there at the 3 restaurants as every morning the reservations were booked! Sergio at the bar in lobby was amazing! He remembered what me and son liked everyday and was very kind to talk to! Christian at LaPalapa restaurant always made gluten free bread was there at our table at breakfast! We’re both celiacs so I do wish we had more gluten free options! But overall was amazing stay. We took uber to Melican boardwalk amd was absolutely amazing walking along the boardwalk! Thank you crown paradise club for great memories!

Extremely Disappointing Stay I Would Not Recommend. We booked this hotel based on the pictures and descriptions, but our experience was nothing like what was advertised. We arrived as a group of 10 (8 adults and 2 kids) with reservations for connecting rooms, only to be told at check-in that connecting rooms didn’t exist, even though they advertise them online. No one was there to greet us, and check-in took almost an hour. The rooms we were finally given weren’t fully clean, the bed sizes didn’t match what we booked, and both the air conditioning and water weren’t working. Management said nothing could be done until two days later. As an “accommodation,” one couple in our group was moved to the adults-only section, but it only got worse. In their first new room, the air conditioning broke down. They were moved to a second room, where the restroom stopped working. They were then moved again, making it three room changes in a single day. Completely unacceptable. After two nights in bad rooms, the rest of us were moved to a 3-room penthouse, forcing three families to share one space — not what we booked or expected for a vacation we looked forward to. The dining experience was also disappointing. We made a reservation for 10 at the Italian restaurant, but they scheduled it for the wrong time and we lost our spot. The buffet food was low quality, poorly organized, and lacked variety. On top of that, the pools were overcrowded, and child had an accident in the kids’ pool. 👎

This was perfect for our family. Will stay here again.

🚫 Do not book at this hotel 🚫 go somewhere else... they charged me more than it was, my room was not ready and they didn't honor my partial sea view... the family rooms are small... we didn't last 2 hours there and left to another hotel... they only have two pools and there was a lot of people on them... a lot of bird poop everywhere... it was just horrible over all... the kids "water park" was closed and they didn't know until when it will be open again.. so disappointed glad I didn't stay even for one night...

Low class visit. The food is gross and makes you sick. You have to spend money after the inclusion to make the stay tolerable. Some of the rooms sick, sad and very uncomfortable…

Perfect for kids and family. Staff was amazing and very accommodating. WILL be back!

The staff were accommodating, lots of chairs to lay by the beach and by the pool, no waits for drinks and food, kids club staff were super friendly, the shows were amazing. It made for a beautiful vacation!
