Crown Paradise Club Puerto Vallarta All Inclusive

The adult only buffet was excellent but the other restaurants good offer more variety of foods on their menus. Otherwise it was good.

It's always a great experience. We have been booking Crown Paradise for over 15 years in a row, sometime twice a year. Great location close to the airport and mall, family friendly, nice rooms except for the pillows. Pillows need to be replaced urgently. Making it all inclusive is a great value. I would give a 10 for cleanliness. Noise level a 9, but who doesn't love to hear the ocean waves when going to sleep. A 10 for service, our friends Hector, Rubicel, Jesus(bell boy), Maria, Miguel and Eduardo always make us have a great experience, they are almost like family, definetly going back to Crown Paradise to visit them every year. Amenities are great for adults and children. Definitely recommend Crown Paradise!!

The first room we had we changed because it had an inch of standing water in the sink and the A/C wouldn't go below 79 degrees Farenheit. The handle to the shower door was broken as well as the soap holder in the shower too. They gave us an "upgraded" room and said they would give us a bed for our 3rd person. They NEVER gave us the bed, despite us asking THREE times! Also, ocean very DIRTY and rocky at this property.

Our room had broken curtain rods, toilet not working not clean, shower what else is wrong with the property was dirty. I saw here in the bathroom. Leaky faucet pipes, stained sheets, old and outdated. Not as pictured on the website. Let me finish the skating report.

This was a very unpleasant stay. I would not recommend staying here. The air conditioning didn't work in the majority of the resort. We had to move from a top floor king room with a view and jacuzzi to a room with 2 double beds on the family side of the resort to even get the temp down to 77. The rooftop pool wasn't clean. The food is about what you would expect for a lower end all inclusive resort. There are so many vendors on the beach that you can't enjoy time in the lounge chairs or cabanas. This place has potential to be nicer but is not well managed. The staff are nice but unfortunately couldn't solve the majority of the issues. After waiting in line for about 30 minutes to check in at 3:00 (check-in time), we were told our room wouldn't be ready for another 45 minutes. It's hard to come up with a positive comment.
