The Colonnade Hotel Back Bay

I stayed here while at a conference in the Hynes Convention Center, and it was perfect. Nice room, comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff. It’s just a few steps away from the entrance to the convention center but is much quieter than the other hotels nearby (which have crowded and noisy common spaces), which I very much appreciated. The rubber ducky is a fun touch.

The hotel staff did everything to make our stay in Boston a perfect experience :) I can recommend it to everyone who wants to experience Boston <3

I had attended a concert in Jordan the evening of November 21, and returned to the Colonnade Hotel about midnight. As my return flight to Philadelphia was at 9:00 a.m., I asked the man at the Front Desk for his advice on getting to the airport.. He was very gracious, suggested a taxi instead of the bus, and took time to answer all my questions. Happy to report I slept well, and his advice worked well. Great hotel!!

This hotel is a gem. The convenience of checking in on line before you arrive is great. Staff and restaurant service is A+

This hotel was a great stop for a Boston concert and would work really well for those looking to Solo or couples travel to the area. This hotel is really a game changer with location, being centrally located as well as on the T (Green-E). You can easily and quickly walk to either side of the city and are only a few blocks away from the Museum of Fine arts. Lillian who checked us in, even noticed that we were staying for my husbands birthday. The bar menu gave options for those with dietary restrictions but also a chance to try out "New England" staples. If staying for business, they have crazy fast Wi-Fi, a great gym for working out and are just across from the Prudential building and all it's amenities.

I’ve been staying at the Colonnade for over 20 years and I keep coming back for a reason. The Colonnade is in a great location - accessible to the Prudential, great restaurants and of course Newbury Street. The staff have become our family away from home and we appreciate all of the care they take for us when we are in town. The rooms are comfortable and clean and always well appointed. Not to mention, they have the best water pressure of anywhere I’ve ever stayed in their showers! The Colonnade runs a wonderful hotel and I can’t recommend them enough.

Came for a short staycation. Adam on the front desk was so welcoming and professional. He made sure our stay included everything we needed. Exceptional customer service.

We stayed at the Colonnade Oct 26 to the 29th it was our 3rd time staying the we absolutely love it, we bring our Dog Derrick and he loves it, the hotel is extremely clean,the food at Lucie was fantastic and the bar tenders even on a busy night were the best on top of everything check in was easy, check out with Alexandre was fantastic he was very friendly and made it a breeze, all the staff there are amazing!! They treat fur babies like VIPS !!

The Colonnade was a great place to stay. It was less than a 10 minute walk from the Amtrak Back Bay train station and there was Green Line T station right out front. That said, we were able to walk everywhere. The location was perfect. We needed a room with 2 beds for 2 adults. We expected the room to be tiny but it wasn't at all. There was even enough room for a table and a few chairs. I'll mention the 2 beds were full size but that was fine for us. Having more space to move around mattered more.

3rd Visit to this Hotel and it was on point again . Great value for money Hotel in a convenient location . With the T stop outside the Entrance and a short walk to The Cheesecake Factory and California pizza kitchen . A shopping mall and easy access to other tourist spots makes it a Great location . Rooms were clean and housekeeping was spot on . A comfy big bed and bathroom had a great shower . Friendly staff and the onsite restaurant was great for breakfast . Will be the first hotel we look at on our next visit to this great U.S. city
