The Colonnade Hotel Back Bay

We landed here after a nightmare experience with AirBnB. Juan at the front desk was a breath of fresh air. He was super helpful and friendly, getting us into our room quickly after a sleepless night. The room was gorgeous with wall to wall, floor to ceiling windows. Linens were plush and the bed comfy. The room was immaculately clean and you could tell the cleaning staff takes pride in their work. The location is prime. The T stops right out front and you are directly across the street from the Pru with so many shopping and dining options if you need a quick bite.

This is a great hotel very spacious rooms with high quality emphasis on customer service. We stayed 4 nights prior to a cruise and it was the perfect location with all amenities ot close quarters. The lucie bar next door has a good range of beers and the food is great All the staff at Lucie’s and the Colonnade hotel are great and just want to say big thanks particularly to Aidan and Mike all your help and advice was greatly appreciated

The hotel is in a great location, trolly tour stop right outside! The room was great, spacious and well equipped. Lucie bar……disappointing! Bar tenders both nights we stayed were slow inattentive and on the second night he was just rude!!!! In my opinion when you have a full hotel you need at least 2 bartenders to make cocktails, pour drinks, take food orders then serve!!!

"Breakfast" was fig newtons and oranges. One lady at the front desk in the morning was rude. Found an ear plug next to our bed. Rooftop pool, that we booked this hotel for over all the others, was closed. Other than it was great.

We had a great weekend at The Collonade! Everything is easy - parking on site, close to restaurants and the river, good restaurant, and a quick hop to sports events at BU. The staff at the Collonade are friendly and efficient. The hotel is also super dog friendly. They put a welcome phot of our pup up at the front desk and greeted her by name every time we came through.

First stay in Boston a great location clean and welcoming. Rooms spacious clean with fridge and fab views even though we were at the back. The hotel provides a small selection of fruit, drinks, snacks and ample bottles of water to be taken out to enjoy on your busy day. Had breakfast at Lucies staff were excellent and food nice. We must make a very special mention to NORMAN one of a few concierge staff. He was very friendly appreciative of our visit and made sure we had a taxi for our return trip to the airport on his day off. We later found out that whilst not on duty he had rang the taxi to ensure that they hadn't forgotten. Excellent service Norman a credit to your employer. Well done to all staff at The Colonnade.

Great area. Many restaurants and shops around.

The room was very clean and spacious. Located in Back Bay with easy access to shopping, restaurants, Fenway Park and the Freedom Trail. The hotel staff was extremely nice and accommodating.

Great hotel and friendly and helpful staff. Hicham in particular was always ready to assist. Located in a nice part of Boston with comfortable well designed and equipped rooms. We would definitely use this hotel again.

It was an absolutely pleasure to stay at the Colonnade. The hotel lobby, elevators and the room were clean and had a good smell all the time. We were 3 girlfriends, the room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and quiet. As soon as we got there, Juan and Aiden were supper nice and friendly, had an awesome attitude and a smile on their faces. They gave us ideas where to go and what to do during the night, it was so awesome because we really did not know what to do because we were there to go to Salem the next day, and their input were on point and appreciated. I can't forget to mention that we didn't buy water for the our stay as we usually do, but then we found out that they have a free nourishment room with water, coffee, fruits, and snacks that you can open the door with your room key! that was great for us. Another person that stand out was Mr. Norman, he is special! we were ready to go to Salem with our costumes, he opened the door for us, took pictures and said how awesome, fun and classy we looked. He also had an great smile and attitude. The staff were awesome and we all would stay there again. The hotel is close to everything, we walked to the Library, public garden, theres also a supermarket, starbucks, shops and restaurants. It was a great experience that we will do it again. Thank you Colonnade hotel for made us feel like home and great for the price.
