The reception and room svc staff are absolutely helpful + excellent, making sure I have a comfortable and good stay over 13 nights; and the breakfast cooked by Azeeb every morning is top notch ❤️ rly good baked potatoes and pork sausage! The gym is nice too!! Overall a rly good stay and most of the staff are female that makes myself as a solo female traveller VERY SAFE :)

It was amazing to stay at aloft which is full of amenities. Night staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable and food was mouthwatering.

I arrived early in the morning, around 1 or 2, and the front desk was really helpful. They explained everything to me clearly. The room was great for the price, and the location is close to the C-train, which is a plus.

We had such a lovely experience with our kids during our stay here! Gemma was amazing and made our stay simply wonderful! She was very helpful in orienting us and all the staff were friendly as well. We were there with our kids looking for something to do, and there was a warm indoor pool with a fun cabana style! Our kids had a blast!! Thank you so much! We will be back! We had a great time!!

Beautiful modern hotel in a great location. Had no place this existed but so glad we discovered it. Spotlessly clean and the staff are wonderful. Gemma at the front desk treated us very well. We were here for a staycation and will definitely return.

We stayed there during Christmas and it was really quiet and we really enjoyed it. The front desk agents were very polite and friendly when we checked in. Breakfast was good, there were hot breakfast which a nice touch. Will definitely recommend this. And it is very close to public transportation.

From the moment we arrived, the experience was excellent. The front desk attendants were welcoming, polite, and very helpful. The lobby was clean and well maintained, which made a great first impression. We are traveling as a family, and everyone made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. The staff’s kindness and professionalism truly stood out. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with family and look forward to staying here again.
