There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like!

World-class hotel, the best I have stayed at anywhere in the world. The culture of the hotel is fantastic. The team are out of this world. The facilities are amazing. There are five restaurants, all of Michelin-star quality (and some are Michelin-starred). The associated pub is the pièce de résistance. The owner, who I had the pleasure of meeting, was wonderful.

Nothing I didnt like... Leaving the hotel at the end of my stay was very difficult indeed...

The property is beautiful, it feels very special from the moment you arrive.

Sadly the building is old, so has some of the detriments of an old building, such as loud floorboards and poor soundproofing.

If your considering go for it. One of the best hotels in the UK, excellent service and choice of restaurants. Keep up the good work!

We had the festive afternoon tea. And loved every minute of it. All staff friendly and helpful and incredibly knowledgeable about all the different components of the afternoon tea. The main man unfortunately i didn’t get his name. Was spot on and entertaining. Zak was great at packing up the sweets we just couldn’t manage to finish. 10/10 experience. We even did a bit of celebrity spotting. Clue Chatty Man
