"Amazing. Will without a doubt stay here again."

The place was amazing. Everything was perfect in every way.

The only thing was the walk. But it's easily fixed by getting on the cable car and going one stop. Then you don't have to walk up the hill with luggage.

The staffs are helpful and the place is serene. I enjoy the ryokan experience and friendly service.

The snack lounge is too warm to sit and enjoy some time together. The outdoor private onsen area has mold and can be really off putting.

Suiun gave me a relaxing, pampering, and unforgettable experience. I had a great time and would love to come back again.

The snack lounge area is much warmer than any other spot. I will have a better time if that area is nice to chill.

"Charming onsen experience"

it's a beautiful, traditional feeling and tranquil onsen that offers a very relaxing atmosphere and feeling, our room had a private bath which was excellent, also it offers free drinks, beers, liquers, ice creams and more, so it was super fun.

I'd improve the privacy of the balcony tub and the indoor shower, both are visible from the building across the street and it's an easy fix. also, since you're not wearing your shoes inside the hotel, I'd provide more large size indoor shoes.
