"Onsen and Private Baths"

Oh where to start… the room was very spacious, everything was very clean, the dinner and breakfast were delicious, very nice amenities. The private onsens were beautiful and relaxing (and intense haha) the balcony private onsen was such a wonderful experience. The little bar lounge was relaxing and filled with tasty snacks and beverages (both non alcoholic and with) The staff were so kind and generous. From the moment we came in, every interaction and meal was met with a welcoming energy. As American, I also tried to be quiet, respectful, and with good etiquette (no shoes on tatami, picked up my roller bag leaving, tidied up room before leaving, no loud rowdy behavior at the bar) And as someone with a bunch of tattoos, having the private onsen with HOT hot spring water, it was awesome It was a place to relax and recharge, very close to train (8-10 min uphill walk) and then very close to the Gora park / garden which end of May had such a beautiful rose garden (get Hakone pass!) Would 10/10 recommend
