Это был самый лучший отель во время нашего путешествия по Японии. Нас встретили душевные, внимательные, красивые девушки, очень хорошо разговаривающие на английском языке. Они пояснили, рассказали все подробно, помогли с выбором кимоно. Впервые мы повсюду ходили в национальной одежде. Наш номер Quadruple ( Tatami Area Open Air Bat) был просторный, с прекрасным балконом, с ванной , кругом уют и комфорт, прекрасная косметика. Очень понравился ритуал приготовления и чаепития матчи. Мы дважды посетили термальную купальню. Для гостей рекана есть бесплатные алкогольные и прохладительные напитки, снеки, печенье в зоне отдыха. Питание это отдельная история....Великолепно, необычно, очень вкусно! Сервировка, подача блюд, работа нашей миловидной официантки высший бал. Аплодисменты!!!

The place was amazing. Everything was perfect in every way.

The only thing was the walk. But it's easily fixed by getting on the cable car and going one stop. Then you don't have to walk up the hill with luggage.

The staffs are helpful and the place is serene. I enjoy the ryokan experience and friendly service.

The snack lounge is too warm to sit and enjoy some time together. The outdoor private onsen area has mold and can be really off putting.

Suiun gave me a relaxing, pampering, and unforgettable experience. I had a great time and would love to come back again.

The snack lounge area is much warmer than any other spot. I will have a better time if that area is nice to chill.
