Best stay in Japan. High class hotel with private Onsen. The room was marvellous and we had a wonderful stay.

"Le prix est beaucoup trop élevé pour ce qu’on reçoit"

Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable

Les frais cachés. Nous avons du payer une taxe pour les bains publics que nous n’avons pas utilisés. Concernant la nourriture, bonne préparation et bon service, vous serez bombardé de plusieurs plats en grande quantité mais la qualité ne vaut pas le prix qu’on paie.

雖然飯店離車站不遠(5分鐘)，但是陡坡路還是讓我喘了好一下

"最高‼️とてもリッチな時間を過ごせました！"

部屋の露天風呂が檜で快適でした。 入浴後のドリンクやアイスも無料で、サービスが素晴らしいと感じます。 料理はコースで夕食は時間がかかったけど、とても美味しく大満足でした。

外出する際にフロントの方に靴をわざわざ出してもらうのが心苦しかった。 立地が急坂の上で、高齢者には歩くのが大変そうだった。
