Hilton Grand Vacations Club The Crane Barbados

Came to Hilton Crane Resort in Barbados for a week. The check in was very easy.We walked around to explore the resort. It’s wide speed wirh gardens,the multiple buildings were only 3 stories high( much better than 20-25 stories high risers ). There are multiple pools with comfortable chairs spread out, 5 restaurants to choose from , excellent bars,lovely view of ocean wth very enjoyable walk on the beach. All the staff were very friendly and courteous. There are multiple tours to select or take a private tours . We specifically want to name a staff , JOAN ,who arranges taxi rides for tours ,very knowledgeable , courteous, friendly and reliable. She helped us a lot , an excellent staff . Lovely resort we spent a lot of time there even though we were staying 10 mins away.

The fold out bed was very uncomfortable. You could feel the springs of the mattress. Staff were very helpful to rectify this with a mattress topper but ultimately it should be replaced.

We stayed at The Crane hotel as a family group in several rooms for my mum’s 80th birthday. I had a spacious, comfortable room with a rooftop pool, great kitchen facilities, sofas, a balcony with loungers and a view of tropical plants and sunset. It was a memorable week and the hotel was a beautiful place to stay. What really makes it special is the incredible team working across the hotel. So many kind, professional, friendly people - in particular Crystal (duty manager) and Dave on reception, Joan at the concierge desk, Ondre and Damien hosting activities (dominoes, morning walks, nature walks and rum tasting) and Jared at the swimming pool. I booked a back massage at the Serenity Spa as a treat for my mum’s birthday. Trenell (the therapist) was absolutely lovely, kind and sensitive and my mum loved the experience and said it was one of the best massages she had ever had. My mum left happy and relaxed, smelling of beautiful scented oils and holding a single red rose the spa gave her. The whole team at the spa were calm, kind and full of smiles. Thank you for making it a special memory.

We honestly LOVED the Crane. It was exactly what we were looking for. Many options of different restaurants (that are all very good), with beautiful views that is quiet with the perfect Barbadian charm. Now, if you want all inclusive and a bunch of activities and to be in the hustle and bustle, with a modern look, the Crane isn’t for you. There isn’t a ton going on, and it’s far from other excursions. We wanted quiet, and did just a few off the property excursions. But if you want to do a lot around Barbados, the Crane is very inconvenient for that. The rooms were gorgeous, and so charming with dark wood and white tiles. The pools in the room were not the cleanest, but good thing there’s five other pools to choose from. We loved pretty much everything we ate there (which I’d choose any day than an all inclusive that makes me sick). The beach is beautiful but not the best swimming beach. We enjoyed it to just sit our butts in the sand. The service is slow (but that’s Barbados), and they do just enough but don’t go that extra mile. However, the beauty, the restaurant versatility, their charm, along with the absolutely stunning beach and cliff sights makes the Crane what it is. While being tucked away and in a quiet location, it was the perfect honeymoon resort for us.

We recently stayed at The Crane in St. Philip, and the experience was truly memorable. From check-in to check-out, D’Angelo made our stay extra special. He was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with a warm smile. His positive attitude set the tone for our entire visit. Erica was also amazing — she was very accommodating, even with a last-minute request, and handled everything with friendliness and efficiency. A special mention to Gloria, the supervisor, who made us feel completely at home. Her warm and friendly nature stood out and made our experience even more enjoyable. The service we received was exceptional, and it’s clear the staff genuinely care about their guests. I would absolutely recommend The Crane and look forward to returning in the future! My birthday trip at The Crane was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel so welcomed, and the check-in experience set the tone for the entire stay. Diangelo specifically at the front desk went above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress-free, and his warmth and genuine care really stood out. Since it was our first time in Barbados, he took the time to share so much helpful information about the island and The Crane, which made us feel comfortable and excited from the very beginning. Celebrating my birthday there with my friends was such a special experience, and I'm leaving with amazing memories that l'll always cherish. I would absolutely return without hesitation.
