"Worst experience"

After got settled showered etc no food / restaurant available after 10pm smh ridiculous Went back to my room ordered bottles of water after an hour called to check the front desk let me know they ran out and didn't say anything to me .. Try to put on the TV since nothing else to do tv would not turn on called to ask for help its 11:30 pm they say can't do anything bout this the technician is gone for the day nobody even offered to attempt to come to my room to try and see what's the issue the worst experience ever! Can't wait to leave!

"Stunning location, mixed dining experience"

I stayed at The Crane Resort (part of Hilton) and the setting is truly beautiful. The resort is very well located, with breathtaking views over the Atlantic, and the beach right next to it is wonderful. The property itself is charming, with lush vegetation and even monkeys around, which adds a unique touch. Check-in was smooth and the welcome drink was a great start. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was also very good. What I enjoyed less were the restaurants — I found the food quite average and overpriced for the quality. Overall, a great place to relax and enjoy the scenery, though dining could be improved

I was nervous about solo as a woman in another country but this has been 1 of the most relaxing vacations ever! The atmosphere here at The Crane is very safe, welcoming, clean and fun. You’re treated like their family from day 1. Drinks from Dale, Josh and Roman have been delightful and service from Shakenya and Anthony all 5 stars. I could never name them all but it’s as if I had 20 butlers. The food at the restaurants in the resort is first class. I hate to leave tomorrow but could never leave without giving these guys an excellent review.
