"The Perfect Couples Massage Experience"

"No words…"

This was by far the worst experience for me since I’ve been in Barbados. When I went to the lighthouse restaurant, we waited over 2 hours for our food and our waitress barely checked in on us. We had run out of water, soft drinks, and cocktails and not once did she acknowledge. We had to get her attention to assist us. I am still unsure as to what the issue was. Then in my room, all I wanted was to take a hot shower and go to bed! First issue, I had no washcloths and when I called for some it took over 30 mins so I went to the front desk. Even after going to the front desk, it was another 20 mins before some brought me towels. Finally got the towels, go to get in the shower and the water is lukewarm! That was the icing on the cake for me. I’m over it and I won’t stay here again.

My daughter and I had a swedish massage with Trenell and Jalessa. They found knots we didn't realize I had. It was very relaxing. They did a great job.

"Spa treat!"

I went to have a massage at the spa. The customer service was very good...polite, professional. My massage was done by Trenell. It was a superb treatment. Again she was professional and executed the massage quite well. Felt very relaxed. I also liked that there was no unnecessary chatting, which I have experienced other places.

"London visitor"

Lovely gardens to walk around

In my room was a lovely King size bed ,but at 5ft 3ins ,needed a step ladder to get into it .I had to use chair each night to climb up. Also breakfast was ithink very pricey
