I was nervous about solo as a woman in another country but this has been 1 of the most relaxing vacations ever! The atmosphere here at The Crane is very safe, welcoming, clean and fun. You’re treated like their family from day 1. Drinks from Dale, Josh and Roman have been delightful and service from Shakenya and Anthony all 5 stars. I could never name them all but it’s as if I had 20 butlers. The food at the restaurants in the resort is first class. I hate to leave tomorrow but could never leave without giving these guys an excellent review.

First time to Barbados. Ate at Bar 1887 and had wonderful service by server Shakenya..food and drinks.amazing.

Dining at the Carriage House for lunch was great. The lunch menu selection was limited very well presented and prepared. I would the rate the food a 5 of 5. However the service from Shonette and Talisha is what kept us coming back. These two ladies made our experience the greatest. Their beaming smile, friendly and professional attitude made our lunch experience exceptional. If a 10 was on the scale they were a 12. They were ready to assist in helping us navigate the Crane resort. They deserve a raise. Management needs to everything in their power to ensure these wonderful talented ladies stay are rewarded.

Awesome stay but most of all great staff so friendly and helpful

My Spa service done by Christopher left me feeling calm, pampered and refreshed. The cocktail that was included in my package hit the spot and the friendliness of both Christopher and Christal added the right touch to the whole experience. Thank you so much.

We were so excited to stay at The Crane based on pictures. The reality fell a little short. The resort just feels a little tired. There are multiple restaurants on property which is wonderful but the food was just average. We only had warm water in our room…never hot…regardless of the time of day. A few staff members were really friendly and helpful—Errol and Joan. The girls at the concierge desk were less the helpful without even a smile. Many other staff had a smile and a hello most of the time. Overall the experience was a mixed bag. Maybe our expectation was just too high.
