Finca Hotel La Dulcera

Las personas que nos recibieron eran amables, pero el aspecto del hotel es muy diferente a lo que muestran las fotos.

La comida no estuvo rica. Las habitaciones tenían un olor extraño, cómo si estuvieran fumigadas minutos antes de la llegada. La luz blanca del hotel no es agradable.

Las instalaciones muy lindas. Comida deliciosa. El jacuzzi espectacular.

Debería haber más variedad en el menú. No obstante muy rico todo

El entorno, el personal amable, atento a que la estadía fuese agradable, la piscina y el jacuzzi.

By the time when I was doing the check in , the lady was I little rude, never provide the right information about the place , not provide the wifi information, only care about the penalties like if you loss the keys, if you don’t wear the proper swim wear, the extra fees if you use the credit card and the extra cost if you-order in the restaurant after hours , if you past 5 minutes for the check out she say you get the extra day charge

The property has beautiful nature all around,plants,flowers,trees. Also has a nice jacuzzi but they have limited hours that you can use it.

The owner and her husband are very rude and want to charge you even for ice,they charged my brother a full regular price for my niece that is only 4 years old. I thought that was unfair because he paid for a double room. This place doesn’t have hot water either,when you get there and they show you the room they say it has hot water but is not true. Bathrooms are very small and dirty and also there is no air conditioner,only a fan. Horrible experience. Price wise is not that cheap compared to other places around the same area. Will not recommend it.
