Could not find breakfast room

More explanations and a fridge to put cold drinks in

We never could contact de staff. They hung up when we spoke english on the phone and never answered again and didn’t respond to emails or messages. Told us to leave money on the counter without any other option. Never told us where to go for breakfast and it was included. There was no sign or information anywhere and no room where we could go other than ours. There was a dirty diaper on the room when we arrived. The AC barely worked.

The airconditioning was good. The fridge was clean.

We received the informations for the check in late. It was stressful and chaotic, especially because no staff was there. We weren’t able to reach someone through the telephone and nobody spoke English. The house itself is in bad condition and stinks. Our room wasn’t clean when we arrived. The bedsheets didn’t fit the bed. The TV was missing. In the kitchen was used stuff from guests before us. It was also dirty and the dishwasher wasn’t useable. In other shelves was stuff that didn’t belong there (USB-Sticks, batteries, paper, decorations,…). There were no trashcans. We had a lot of vermin (ants, silver fish,…) The shower was moldy and the toilet was broken. The whole apartment was dirty and we didn’t feel really comfortable.

Noting we arrived to the property and could not get access at 11:45pm with two kids. The phone number never answered. We had to look for another accommodation u til 1:30am and paid so much money. Really bad experiance and we need our payment to be refunded fully as we had a horrible experiance and not having an accommodation we pre paid. A total scam.

At least somebody answered the phone to tell us what is going on. In a town we are not familiar and very rough area where people were trying to steal our staff. Very bad situation our kids had to witness.

Location is really good. It is on the beginning of the shopping street. It is also cheap!

On booking it says that there is a breakfast. But there is nobody or nothing, just keep that in mind if you value this 👍

What a SCAM! We went to the property which was hard to find. NO ONE was there. NO elevator that worked. My son went up four flights of stairs three times trying to find someone to check in. We went to a store nearby and the man there tried to call the property and NO ONE answered. We did not have a working phone in Italy. We are from America. So we had to go and rent ANOTHER room. We were gone for 6 weeks. When I got home there was an e-mail giving directions on how to check in. FRAUD! We never got the e-mal before we left home and could not get it after we left for our trip. DO NOT USE THIS PROPERTY or prepare to be left sitting out in the cold. And they had the nerve to bill my credit card which was paid before I got home or I would have had them investigate this.

That I could not check in and use the rooms and had to pay another property for the nights I had planned to stay there. Totally rip off. DO NOT USE THIS PROPERTY.

Our bathroom had a missing shower door so water went everywhere. Tried to message as no staff on site and didn't get a reply for two days and then fobbed off that it had recently happened. Other reviews indicate the shower door has been missing for some time. The plughole was also full of hair, as was the sink and the floor, so not very clean at all Breakfast wasn't provided despite being advised
