The Westin Resort Guam

The resort was beautiful with excellent service and everythingnwas very clean. My only complain is that everything that we ate from the beach bar was mediocre. Not worth the price at all. The shrimp on my ceasar salad were overvooked. Husband and i split a chicken sandwich that was dry and had no flavor at all. My steak burrito was stuffed with roast beef (like lunch meat) and not steak. Also the rice and queso in the burrito were both flavorless. Our drinks at the bar were great and there were constantly attendants at the pool and shops. It really was a great time overall, but i would plan to do something else for lunch.

I went this hotel for 9night and 10days Everything went wrong with 5 star hotel.. first this is not 5 star hotel more like 4 for overall and 1 for front desk staff. Over the 10 days all i heard was lying and excuse. First day took me 50 minute to check in and tired for traveling I want to take a shower, no towels.. call the front desk and told me right away bring me the towels but took over 1 hrs to bring it. 3rd day the room was not clean till 7 pm all i heard was short staff.. ask for clean the room before 2 pm never happen. All managers named amenda and karina and another night shift manager were also poor management. It was first time in Guam but location and all the good things I recommend Dusit Thani hotel. Please read the review and enjoy staying at different hotels except this lying staff.

Barely average property. Nope, won’t stay here again. Good staff…too bad good staff can’t change this old beat down property. 430 rooms—- it gets busy. Aging hotel that was probably way cool back in the 90’s…But Not anymore. All the hotels in the area seem o be older and not aging well. Broken and rusting areas including dining room and pool—see photos. Small beach with a few old loungers and umbrellas. Need more and newer. Trashy sand. Really slow elevators (4) Largish room (1816). Tiny, very tiny shower. Okay Wi-Fi. Okay linens. Old coffee maker…from the 90’s or something Windows so dirty it’s hard to see out Requested a scale at front desk, they claimed not to have one that works! Nope, I’ll go elsewhere next time.

Booked for a king bedroom. Was told that they overbooked so they put me in a double bed. As lifetime elite members of Marriott, I asked for late checkout. Can’t do they either. Breakfast is great. Daily room cleanup a plus.

Every body was so friendly and I love it that I was able to spend time with my kids and my fur baby ❤️.

Everything was perfect

They deny giving lounge access even though you have qualifying status, pay qualifying rate - the Per Diem Rate. They allege guests with per diem rate don't get elite benefits. Be warned when you plan your trip to Guam. There are many other options.
