"Best option on Guam!"

Truly the best option on the island! I stayed here for a night to end my trip after staying elsewhere and I did not regret my decision! Older but absolutely beautiful hotel! Comfortable, large rooms…. So many options for food/drink and plenty to do to keep yourself busy. Plus a friendly and welcoming staff. I hope to return sooner than later!

The service is great - the staff are nice and they really try to give you the best experience! The swimming pool and beach were amazing and the location was great. But the hotel seems to be struggling a bit - the lounge literally only had cookies, the breakfast buffet and lounge cocktail buffet were meh

"Great beach resort "

Westin Guam is on the beach, only a 10-minute drive from the airport, GUM. The hotel has complimentary underground parking if you come by car. Whilst the property looks very dated, it is still well set up for its function as a luxury resort on a pristine sandy beach. However, it could certainly do with a renovation. There are seven different restaurants, and several bars include the beach bar that serves both the beach and the pools. On the beach level there are two pools and a whirlpool and the beach has plenty of water sports equipment and a small set of beach chairs. There is a good size gym on level 2 with both machines and weights, and on Saturdays, there are complimentary yoga sessions. On the same floor is the self laundry, which is $5 per machine wash or dry. On the top floor is the Westin club lounge, which is open from 2pm to 10 pm and serves food and alcohol between 5pm and 7pm. The rooms are nice and big, especially the club suites on the 21st floor. The rooms amenities are great. However, the decor and the look and feel are due for an urgent refresh. Overall, it was a very nice resort hotel located on a great beach!
