It was a place to lay our head

To much money for a not so good hotel. The worker owner had attitude with the people in front of me. Who they couldn't find there booking. Same issue with me. Gave us a room that was dirty though they made it right. It's a cheap hotel I can say that and u pay way to much for it. Pool was down they had no clue when Itnwas gonna be up and running. Sucks when u have kids.

I cancelled my stay.

Signs of bed bugs and black mold

Everything!!!! The bathroom was horrible and very unsafe. Plaster was falling from the ceiling, grout was molding and peeling off. When I touched the faucet it felt like it was going to fall out. I didn't shower. The ac wasn't working when I go there so it was very hot in the room. Someone finally came and got it working then their breakers went out causing power outage in the rooms. The sheets smelled like wet dogs. No coffee maker. I checked out early the next morning. Not staying the second night. I asked for a refund for the second night but haven't received one.
