We had a great time but all the money we spent and the swimming pool wasn't open, for the kids. I will not be coming back.

"Hampton-Not Really"

Sleep was comfortable, however there was some room issues. The sink in the bathroom barely drained? Stains underneath the sink that looked like blood, unclean trash can. We chose this location for the pool amenity, however the pool was closed. That was very disappointing. The breakfast was not up to the standard I have experienced in the last at Hamptons, as well as the service. It is best to retrain or look at other Hamptons to help with your service and customer experience. The rooms bathroom ceiling was peeling off and our TV remote did not work for input switches which affected our entertainment. Maybe adding a channel menu in the rooms and switching to remotes that work for your rooms

The breakfast was good

I didn’t like how you would be charged for tv service even though you don’t use it! The hot water was warm not hot! The ice machine don’t work! The restroom in the lobby isn’t public !

The pool was green and closed. The area around is not nice. The TV remote did not work and was dirty and sticky. There were no plugs by the beds or nightstands for electronics. The carpet had not been vacuumed.

"Iaisha Rocks"

My stay at Hilton started off a little rocky. I was in room 328 and the rooms on either side was very noisy lot of banging and noise that triggered my PTSD. I'm a Veteran and I was mad and called the front desk. Iaisha answered the phone. I was griping about the noise and how I could not sleep and I was very frustrated. This wonderful lady not only calmed me down she spoke to me very kindly and was very professional. She took the liberty to assign me to another room 438. My stay from then on was absolutely beautiful. I thank Iaisha for helping me and seeing her at the front desk she spoke every time. She went above and beyond and I will definitely plan another stay with Hampton Inn thanks to "Superstar" Iaisha I have nothing but praise to this Superstar and I hope you enjoy her as much as I did. Thank you for a great staycation.

"Quick weekend"

We were in Memphis for a quick weekend to visit family and go to a few sites. The staff we encountered during our stay were all very helpful and friendly. The pool was out of service, the AC didn’t work well and our room was always humid feeling clammy, our door looked as if someone took a crowbar to the door to get in but it did lock. This was the second room we were given after the sink in our first room didn’t not drain.

"The Bomb.com"

Me Keisha and Iasha at the front desk were amazing customer service was beyond what we expected .. They accommodated the whole family with same day reservations. We will most definitely be back and will stay at this location . Please lady keep up ur good work

"Very Disappointed unpleasant stay"

We love the Hampton, book every trip we can, but this one was a little different, the staff was somewhat pleasant until checkout staffer was inattentive and rude, room was too cold without a way to regulate temperature had to keep turning it off to warm up, trash was left in room other then that room was very clean, hot water did not work. breakfast for the Hamptons was horrible we stayed for the value, next time I will pay extra and stay at another one.

Room Temp uncontrollable. no hot water, breakfast was a disappointment, staff can be more helpful and attentive.

Friendly staff. Our rooms were freezing cold. Limited breakfast and the pool we could not use. Not aware there would be additional charge of $100 per key card to be refunded at check out. I was told it could take up to 5 days to be refunded.
