Hampton Inn Memphis-Walnut Grove/Baptist East

The pool is not open, the air is not cold in the rooms, the place is run down as hell and the only nice thing about the place was the lady who ran the breakfast area!

Needed a place to stay when my wife was discharged before our newborn was. Bed was comfortable, linens and property were clean, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Check in was smooth with nice associate. Room was “damp & musty” and the bathroom had mold all over the ceiling. No control panel for AC. Limited TV due to ongoing upgrade that wasn’t mentioned in description. No frig

Cameron was awesome and helpful. Texting to communicate with the front desk was fabulous. The coffee was really good. Every single staff member was helpful, kind, and went out of their way to be friendly.

Hallways had no AC on our floor, the pool was out of order, the first room had a wet carpet from the AC, the second room they sent us to the tv didn't work.

The lady that works in the kitchen as well as other staff is AMAZING ! anytime I come in town I stay here . The only thing is the rooms don’t have microwaves but that’s not staff’s fault. customer service is a 1000/10

Not much too enjoy, but close to the hospital for my back surgery.

The first room we were given had not been cleaned at all, dirty wet towels on the floor sodas and food all over and the bed and furniture were a mess. The next room we received had dirty pillows wads of hair all over the carpet and the drain cover in the shower was open.

They were most welcoming and kind - wow what a different experience in Memphis Thank you Ladies I'll come back!!
