"Extremely Disappointing Stay"

Extremely Disappointing Stay My recent stay at Hampton Inn was a major letdown. When I booked the hotel online, the pictures looked great, but the reality was very different. As soon as I arrived, I noticed that the water fountain in the lobby was broken. The elevator smelled unpleasant, and things only got worse from there. In my room, there was no hot water at the sink, and the bathroom door wouldn’t close properly. The clock didn’t work, there was no iron or ironing board, the nightstand was damaged, and the garbage bin was broken. When I reported these issues to the front desk, the staff member was rude and dismissive, offering no help at all. I decided to check out early due to the poor conditions, but was told I might not receive a refund for the remaining nights I wasn’t staying. After wasting three hours in the lobby, I finally managed to get a refund for the unused nights—though not for the night I had already stayed. This experience was frustrating from start to finish, and I will not be staying at a Hampton Inn again.

"Never again."

Location.

The staff was rude and not accommodating. They do not care about the guest, and act as if we are doing them a favor. The breakfast attendant was extremely unprofessional and the breakfast was horrible.

"Disappointed, as we usually like Hilton properties."

Location was good.

Breakfast was terrible. We could not get hot water (just very lukewarm) in the shower, the phone did not work, and the toilet seat was loose. When I brought these matters to the attention of the desk clerk, she just said, "Uh-huh, uh-huh." No offer of compensation, no apology.

"No! Hot water when took showers!"

Nothing not happy

For one didnt have hot water when we took showers Had to wait to check in at 3pm because front desk said supervisor had check rooms. This is 3pm there was plenty people checking in at 3pm had to wait Told staff about not having hot water in our shower i went though booking.com told them and they reached out to front desk twice wouldn't pick phone up. Not happy we traveled 3 hours away for a death in family. In Addition TV didnt work on most all channels very annoying

"Terrible Housekeeping Policy"

I was here 3 nights with two people in my room. My son has severe allergies and has to shower when we return from outside. Night 1 all 2 sets of towels were used. We had to ask for more for day 2 we didn't get service from housekeeping on day 2 so I tried to call the front desk in the morning on day 3. No answer. I had to go out of a side door because i parked on the side of the building. By the way, the side doors don't work after dark. Had I known, they wouldn't give me service again, I would have gone out of the front door and told the front desk staff since they did not answer the door the phone. The reason I trusted that they would do it is because the sign on the mirror says that housekeeping is every other day. When I returned after day 3, again no housekeeping was done, so after I tried to call again with no answer, I walked to the front desk this time and was told that you have to request housekeeping everyday. I explained that the mirror says something different but she said no, you have to request.I also explained that I had called down and no one answered, and she said, i've been sitting right here. I was out of toilet paper, towels, trash bags, kleenex etc....very bad service and customer service.

I checked out early due to poor conditions. Room smelled like sewage. Broken elevator. Concave bath tub. Broken elevator. Cold shower. Never received towels and wash cloths. Zarria was nice, but none of the other staff members were helpful.
