The location is great, very close to tourist spots.

The resort has good potential and is located in a pleasant setting, but the overall maintenance and upkeep need significant improvement. It appears that the management has not focused enough on renovation and proper maintenance of the buildings and adventure activity facilities. The food experience was also disappointing, with very limited options available and only buffet service provided. The dining timings are quite inconvenient for guests — breakfast starts only at 8:30 AM, which feels too late for many travelers and families. Tea and coffee were available only for a short duration between 5 PM and 6 PM. The resort also follows a strict vegetarian policy. Non-vegetarian guests should be prepared for a 15–20 minute one-side walk to find other food options outside the property. Since there are no nearby restaurants within short reach, dining choices become quite limited during the stay. With better maintenance, improved food options, and more guest-friendly dining arrangements, this resort could offer a much better experience.

Staff was helpful, the property is big with meals as a part of the package.

Many things Stay away if you are a couple - this is a family place, especially large families with noisy children. The property is no alcohol, no non veg. Forget having fun, you'll be left listening to other people's children's tantrums. The food is primarily gujarati - obviously it's bad tasting and sweet. The space lacks cleanliness - monkey shit everywhere, pool had leaves, our room keys got jammed several times.

I felt breakfast and dinner were served pretty late. Management should consider changing the times making them at least an hour earlier

Proper guidance to reach wasn't provided. Reaching the place was a horrendous experience. Matheran is not a tourist friendly place. Would never consider going back
