The staff was very friendly and very helpful to me in any questions I had and responded to my problem with the refrigerator very quickly and replaced it even though I stayed one night I go there every year for 4th of July for the day to spend with my family and my friends at the Indian still Park and the hotel just makes it so much better and so many great memories with my friends and family there thank you all so much

Beds are really hard…will not let my group stay here …. Checked hotels out as a travel agent

We had to stay here as a group for a sport trip. This hotel has recently been “upgraded” however, it was done as cheaply as possible, missed a lot of important updates, like windows and doors that seal out heat and noise. We were moved from our first room because of a leak that wasn’t in our room, the room they moved us to smelled like someone had just smoked in the bathroom and had stained sheets. You would think a newly renovated hotel would buy new sheets and maybe pillows that aren’t flat and hard as rocks but not this one. If your room faces the pool you will hear every single shout and splash from 9am til 10pm. The restaurant is only open for breakfast which isn’t complimentary but there is a new bar that I was told by other members of our party doesn’t have much but the bartender was a sweet gal. I will say the staff was so kind and apologetic about the room move, gave us extra pillows and towels, and tried very hard to make the stay as comfortable as possible. I wouldn’t stay again and if I didn’t have to stay as a group I would cancel and move hotels.

Friendly staff upon arrival, especially Lawrence. He was very helpful and friendly. The cleaning staff were very nice when we requested extra toiletries. We loved having a keurig, microwave and a fridge.
