I like the location of the hotel , it was very welcoming very clean and the staff was amazing .. after receiving the room we paid for it became a little better

I don’t like when we arrived the property gave our room away even after having the full payment so the first night they gave us the only room they had available which was a king bed and we had 4 people highly unacceptable

Excelente la atención del personal de recepción, en especial Luis. Muy atento y agradable con los niños.

Pésimo el servicio terciarizado de Parking, carísimo y 3 días seguidos no encontraban nuestro auto y demoraron 1 hora exacta en encontrarlo, perdimos reservas de cena y almuerzo por el mal servicio. No es personal del hotel el que lo hace.

For the price of $850, the room was disappointing—the “king” bed felt more like a queen, the TV was very small, and the balcony furniture was rusted and dirty. I was charged $75 for early check-in while other guests were charged less, housekeeping only replaced sheets and towels without removing trash, and the bar had a very limited drink selection with overpriced drinks. Overall, the hotel did not provide the level of quality, cleanliness, or service I expected for the price.
