Location and beach

Front desk. 2 relatively young girls doing check in were by far the most rude and incompetent people I have meet in a front desk (I have traveled a lot). They mixed up my reservation with another guest with same name and could not figure out how to fix it and super rude

"My bad experience"

Place is nice and different than other, but when we check in they give me aroom with wall view, I came back to reception desk and tell i don't booking this room, I can stay 3 nights and watch the wall, manager said he can change for me but If I will pay more. I telling him when I booking my room looking different so I expect have it. He said its all booked and we can't change the room. I decided pay more and we have better room but it's not true hotel was booked. Was lot of free rooms. Always I look what category room I take, so it was
