The location

No hairdryer in room like almost all other hotels. Front desk staff were rude.

"I have been to worse places but this place was disappointing."

Great location in the middle of town.

Luggage carts should be replaced. Wheels are flat and require two people to push it. No hairdryer in the room. One has to fill out a form to borrow one. Few breakfast options. A large group apparently exhausted their food supply.
