All staff members were extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast was nice each morning and the location is easy to find.

No fault of the hotel but the morning we were checking out we found that a bear had tore open the soft top on our jeep. There was no food in there at the time but we had come back with leftovers that apparently had the jeep smelling tasty even after the food was no longer there. 🙃

Enjoyed a comfortable king suite, bed was comfortable, nice to have a balcony with seating

Sadly the breakfast wasn't up to scratch, we got the distinct feeling that there was an amount of penny pinching going on with the offering, when we visited the buffet on the first morning, the bread produce was stale, bagels & bread slices were very dry, no choice of jams (jelly in the USA) the toaster had broken knobs, an old machine that took an age to toast, the milk dispenser wasn't working, customers had to open the chiller & dispenser milk from a gallon container, which was clumsy. There was an elderly chap dishing up the hot items, they obviously didn't trust customers to help themselves? We also got the feeling that we were being monitored by the staff since three of them were just sitting staring at us which was somewhat uncomfortable. We had to ask for a hair dryer from reception & then sign an A4 document in order to borrow it, you were under the impression that you were borrowing the 'crown jewels' lol, this is something you would have expected to be included in a suite as an absolute minimum?

Rooms are very spacious, clean, attractions right out the door. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great. We have stayed here every time we come to stay in Tennessee. Would recommend to anyone.
