The location was great. My room had a decent view of the mountains, when it wasn't obstructed by fog or clouds.

The breakfast was lame, really lame. The food was bland, the eggs were undercooked, and it was generally disappointing. However, to be fair, the breakfasts offered at the restaurants I stayed at on my 3 week trip in Tennessee, Georgia, and Kentucky were generally subpar.

Loved the value, location and morning breakfast! Will never stay anywhere else in Gatlinburg! It'd be great if I could get a free upgrade to the penthouse next time lol

Location and comfort

Specifically asked about the pool when checking in supposed to be open. It was closed. That is one main reason I chose the hotel. Breakfast was gross
