"Great Place and Location to stay in Gatlinburg."

The hotel has recently been renovated, very nice. I like the location on the strip, it close enough to walk to everything but not right in the middle of all the madness. The hot breakfast is a very good southern style breakfast. We are traveling for work and always stay the night in Gatlinburg before heading to Blacksburg, VA.

Had no complaints.

Convenient to strip

Evening staff (9pm) wouldn't answer phones. No sheets. Morning Robert was full of excuses and we were dingdong ditched at 11pm.

"All in all we had a wonderful stay."

Hotel and room location are great. They have one of the best breakfasts you’ll find.

We never could get the Wi-Fi to work in our room, it would work in the lobby, but not our room.
