Cleanliness, well ran facility. Location was convenient.

Hotel was very clean and spacious room/bathroom. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful! Location was perfect for easy walking to stores, restaurants and shopping. Parking was easy and free! Lines were clean & comfortable. AC in room worked great and we enjoyed the balcony at night.

Bed was not as soft/comfortable as I would have liked. We both have back issues and were glad it was only for one night. But there was a sofa in the room, so relaxing and watching TV during the heat of the day was good that we did not just have to sit on the bed. Breakfast was okay. I enjoyed the waffle maker, juices and biscuits and gravy. Eggs, ehh.

Seriously, the breakfast portions are a bit of a joke. It's nice that someone's there to dish it out, though. That way, at least people aren't going overboard and wasting food. Keeps things from getting out of hand, you know? It's awesome that we could keep our car parked even after checking out. That way, we still had some time to explore the city and soak it all in. It's the little perks like that which really make a trip memorable. Enjoying those last few hours without the rush must have felt great.

Brrr, it's definitely a chilly situation when you have to trek across the parking lot to get to the pool! A heated hallway would make such a difference, especially as the temperatures start to drop. Imagine stepping out from a warm building directly into a comfortable entrance for a swim. Instead, it sounds like you're getting a free, albeit unwelcome, cold shock before you even dip a toe. Hopefully, they consider adding some kind of covered or heated walkway soon! Ugh, yeah, those early sunrises are no joke! It's tough when you're trying to catch a few extra Z's and the light is already streaming in. Totally get needing something to keep the room a bit darker for that longer rest. It makes a huge difference for sleep quality. Hope they find something that works well! Honestly, having a gym in the building would be a total game-changer. Imagine rolling out of bed and just heading downstairs to crush a workout. it's just a really cool amenity to have readily available.
