Breakfast was basic, but ok. Large room comfortable bed. Transfers to airport worth it.

el hotel es viejo, esta sucio, el personal no fue amable. Entendemos que el desayuno comienza a las 6am pero el tren sale mas temprano. La sra del desayuno estaba preparando todo y no nos quiso dar un poco de jugo de la maquina para mi hija pequeña, tengan en cuenta que no hay nada cerca para comprar. La noche que llegamos el sr del front desk, que se lo veia bastante molesto, no dijo que la unica alternativa para comprar comida era caminando muchisimas cuadras, ni siquiera nos pudo facilitar el telefono de una pizzeria.

Area was a little sketchy. No room cleaning, had to ask for towels for second day. Breakfast closed at 9:00 a.m. which was a little early - we missed it. Located in an industrial area that looks like it's starting to get revitalized. So the room met our needs, the airport transport was great. It was just a little strange. Seems like it was converted from some other type of building. We just couldn't figure out what. Light switches that didn't operate anything. No dresser. TV a long way from bed. Cathedral/Tray ceiling. HUGE room. Elevator inside what looked like closet doors. Just different. Train was noisy just outside.

No coffee maker in the room.

The location was in a convenient place.

Everything else was BAD! The free “shuttle” was a staff members personal vehicle who made us feel like a burden for having the audacity to request a ride. The check in was bad, rushed and again was seemingly an extreme inconvenience for the staff to have to be bothered with what was supposed to be a seamless quick check in as we “pre checked in” online. The rooms were disgustingly filthy and smelled terrible as they were cooled with wall unit air conditioners from maybe the early 90s. There were stains everywhere, scratches on the walls, and I’d recommend NEVER touching the carpet without shoes on. The price was INSANE for what we got. The area around the hotel was full of trash. I had to step around an old discarded refrigerator and other junk right as I exited the stairs on the side to get outside. It’s likely best to just remodel the whole thing and replace all the staff. The room was also missing the fire exit info but that’s not as big of deal because there was no way people would forget how to leave this place!

Rooms a little tired but fine

The bed was comfortable.

Oh man. So many things: We stayed there over 10 years ago and it seemed like the property in general had deteriorated. No improvements whatsoever. The carpet smelled like urine. It was extremely strong in one of our rooms and not quite as strong in another, but still present. They did move one of our rooms quickly. The staff seemed like they hated working there and checkin had a long line with just one person working the front desk. The breakfast was in a tiny room off behind the front desk. It was packed, difficult to move around in and not enough tables for the crowd. The food was mediocre, even compared to general "free" continental breakfasts.
