Roami at St. Helene

The room was as shown and an added bonus was the Firestick. Location was superb, exactly what we hoped for. Everything was in easy walking distance. We booked a room with a balcony and it was great to be able to sit out with a glass of wine and watch the world go by.

On arrival the key codes provided on check in didn't work for entry to building and also entry to room so had to call the number on the door to sort. New codes provided and no problems throughout our stay. Coffee machine but no cups or glasses, not a main problem, purchased our own

Perfectly placed at the one end of the Frence Quarter with lots of good restaurants around. Easy, but expensive parking next door. No reception, but very good service by phone or WhatsApp.

The water flow of the pool has its noise in the night if you are a light sleeper

The property was close to Bourbon Street and Canal, with many things within walking distance

Couldn’t get into the building, couldn’t get into our rooms. The door codes that were provided did not work, had to call customer service and be transferred 5 times before someone helped us. The room smelled like mold and piss and was dirty. Cigarettes butts on the balcony, floor not swept or mopped, air conditioning didn’t work. Only half roll of toilet paper was in bathroom so had to go out and get toilet paper in case we ran out

Three minute walk to Burboun st., three minute walk to Jackson square and a short distance to Decatur. The room was clean, ready on time and just big enough for us.

The entry code to get into the lobby as well as our room did not work. The off-site management did help rectify the situation. Problem was we arrived an hour early and our room was ready, but we weren't given access to it until 4pm. At that point we struggled to get in the lobby and then waited until 4 to not be able to access our room. We did email a request for early access when we booked, but never got a response. If we didn't have these issues we would have rated them higher.

There was no breakfast.

Everything. Filthy, moldy,dirty towels, rusty soap holders, no blankets, dirty floors,only 3 hangers one half roll of toilet paper, overpowering smell of mold, sheet on top of comforter, could go on and on

Location is fantastic. The pool in the courtyard is lovely although a bit chilly. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

A little tough to get in but the help desk was quick and gave us a new code.

Hidden costs required after booking. You also have a series of onboarding documents to fill out and the website wasn’t working well, so it was a challenge to complete. The were charges for anything outside of the normal. Check in didn’t work for the front door or to my room either. Had to contact someone to help square it away.

The location is great and there is a great resturant next door. Not a high traffic place to stay, it was quite for the most part but what do you expect its the French Quarter

There is no where to store luggage if you have a flight after check out. The room was not ready for early check in and was literally being "cleaned" before we walked in. This place smells like a wet cabin and out bathroom was not cleaned well. There was blackmold on the bottom of the shower door, floor was clearly dirty, the sink if you lean on it, it will move. To have someone come on daily is $125 for cleaning not worth it at all. Bathroom light kept flickering and we had the room next to a waiting area so light was always coming in. Also if you unplug the box it's $500, late check out $500 and constant texts how is your stay was getting annoying.
