The Georgian Terrace Hotel

Great stay, comfortable bed, good location actoss the street from Fox theater. Walkable to art museum, restaurants. Beautiful neighborhood behind hotel to walk in. Check out Mary Macs Tea Room. Rooms a little dated. Staff very friendly

This hotel is steeped in history and architecture, both of which I love! The staff couldn’t be more accommodating! My room was very spacious and well appointed, The in house restaurant ( The Livingston ) was a delight to both the taste buds and eyes! I will definitely stay at The Georgian Terrace anytime I’m in Atlanta!

The facility is lovely and I have stayed at the Georgian Terrace several times. The only complaint I have, is that my reservation was for a room with two double beds and I was placed in a single king room. I made my reservation in advance and was told upon check in that it was for two double beds, but after arriving at my room, just the single king. When I asked about a room that had two double beds, I was told that was not available. The staff is courteous and professional.

Have stayed here many times for shows at the Fox but this once-beautiful place has gone significantly downhill. We will not pay these prices for bad service and poor quality rooms again. So sad…..

My iPad Pro was stolen and a dent was found in my g wagon.

Nice stay. Room was well prepared and clean. Restaurant service was very good and food was delicious!

I had a wonderful stay at The Georgian Terrace. I want to thank Jada for the incredible kindness and customer service she showed me. I came to work The Sound of Music across the street at The Fox Theatre. There was a mishap where I didn’t get a room with my company and was forced to stay at a nearby terrible hotel. Jada was my angel and made sure I got a beautiful room here. It made me stay in Atlanta enjoyable and feel like home. Thank you Jada!!!

The hotel is lovely and the restaurants are nice. We had a two bedroom suite and it was not nice. Peel and stick hook in the bathroom with holes where a real one should go, cracked glass in picture on the wall, no mini fridge but a full size washer and dryer?? Just an odd room that seriously needs an upgrade but they charge like it’s the Ritz. Only one ice machine in the entire hotel works so you have to go all the way down for ice. Never emailed my receipt as they said it would be and I was charged a lot more than expected but can’t see why. Just not a good overall experience for a LOT of money.

Was disappointed in my stay this time with GT. Booked a 2 bedroom apartment and it was outdated, had outlets that were not working, no body wash/conditioner in the shower, and the worst of all- the kitchen floor, just disgraceful for what was supposed to be a luxury hotel. See photos

I had requested a room close to the elevator and was given a room at the farthest distance away from the same. Both my wife and myself are geezers and have difficulty walking. Also found a personal water bottle and waste paper left by the cleaner. Otherwise, the room was excellent and your staff provided excellent service. Brunch at the Livingston was, as always, exceptional .
