The hotel room was comfortable, and the location was excellent. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, offering an abundance of pillows and a pleasant view overlooking the courtyard.

The hotel pool had a strong odor of chlorine, and unfortunately, the jacuzzi was out of service during our stay. I also experienced an issue when purchasing a soda from the lobby kiosk. The displayed price was $2.50. When I brought the soda to the front desk, one clerk began ringing it up on the computer, but another employee stepped in to complete the transaction. I handed him a $5 bill and expected the purchase to be processed through the register and for my change to be returned. Instead, he told me the soda cost $5. Assuming I had misread the posted price, I paid and left. Later, I asked another employee to verify the price, and she confirmed that the soda was in fact $2.50. This left me concerned about how the transaction was handled and whether other guests may have experienced similar confusion. I would encourage hotel management to review kiosk pricing procedures and ensure all transactions are processed consistently and transparently. Overall, this experience was disappointing and reflected poorly on the hotel's customer service.

The location is absolutely perfect, situated right in the heart of the city. We were just a short walk away from the excellent local restaurants, and major sightseeing attractions, which saved us so much time and travel hassle. Another massive highlight was the morning breakfast. They offered an incredible spread of fresh, high-quality options, Breakfast was really good, we enjoyed it.

We stayed at Red Lion Hotel for 2 nights and had a disappointing experience. One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was for the swimming pool, but when we arrived, we found out that the pool was not heated. This should have been informed to guests beforehand instead of finding out after check-in. Kids were cold and shivering. Another issue was the lack of room service. When we tried calling for assistance, we were informed that room service was unavailable or that no staff were there. Overall, the communication and service did not meet expectations.

It was fine I thought there was enough choice, at breakfast!

Heat or ac didn’t work in our room. But staff were able to move us to another room. Definitely needs a facelift. Very date and worn down.
