Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Hotelangestellte, schöne Bar, sehr gute Lage, Taxibestellung war sehr einfach und funktionierte sehr gut.

Ziemlich alte Einrichtung im Zimmer, recht laut vom Korridor her, ein Getränkelager direkt an der Zimmerwand in welchem an einem Abend sehr laut Flaschen gelagert wurden.

Stayed on room only basis so paid as we went for breakfast. Beautifully presented, tasty and lovely dining area. Set us up for the day racing. Hotel is in a perfect location. Very central. Lovely room Atrium up in 400s so near top. Staff very helpful and friendly. Loved it

The room was hot. Only due the Atrium and lovely to sit on the balcony in evening. Needs a bigger fan and not really a fault more over an observation

The layout gave us room to move. Bathroom was roomy.

Our room had ripples in the carpet that you could catch your feet on. The curtain had hooks missing, and the net curtain was discoloured. The TV was hard to watch as not clear. Got tired of having to replace our key cards as we were unable to open our door.

MARGARET...MARGARET. What a jewel this hotel has. She was happy, friendly and more important a brilliant asset. She was efficient and did her job perfectly. We had a little niggle with our room and the next day we got moved to the one my husband thought he had booked. Without fuss, or being made to feel like we had asked for a trip to the moon! Well done Margaret. You deserve this accolade The room was beautiful, with all the things you would expect. The breakfast was good and had lots to choose from.

There are in some places, a faded glamour, however the hotel is in a perfect spot especially if you came to see the Proclaimers who were playing next door, like we did! The ferry is only a 10 min flat stroll away. If I did have a small gripe is there were no plug sockets next to the bed in our room.
