My room a little outdated and room only cleaned once every three days

Breakfast was good but boring same selection of hot food every day .no fish, or omeletes , fresh fruit good. For a four star hotel excellent location but room service only every 3rd day unless one requested each day not a usual 4 star practice. The hotel operates more as a bed and breakfast establushment. The bonsai fusion restaurant adjacent to hotel is not owned by hotel similarly the Encore pub. Both have entrances within hotel. Swimming pool is very small and only suitable for 3 people at one time. The design of floor with sloping sides makes swimming lengths challenging,
