Warme kamer. We hadden voor twee nachten geboekt. Kamer was niet schoon gemaakt en geen schone handdoeken.

The hotel is very centrally located and well attended by locals and holiday makers alike. The room was very large and clean. There were tea & coffee making facilities in the room, along with biscuits. The breakfast, although at an extra charge (£10) was worth the money, it was plentiful and included unlimited coffee or tea etc. The bar served a good selection of drinks, lagers & ales.

We booked in for evening meal, which on the whole was acceptable, but some items had to be returned due to being overcooked, which may be a one off.

Central town location. Off street car park.

Stairs are steep and narrow. Was on 2nd floor, so beware! Rooms are clean, well appointed, but can be a little 'compact'.

Food was excellent, room was comfortable

Handrail in shower. Shower looked good but nothing to hold onto . Terrified I would slip so did not shower during 2 day stay Breakfast abysmal. Orange juice in child cartons to suck through straw. Coffee in paper carton but it was hot. Second day coffee in cup-only came out half a cup -problem with coffee machine! Displayed better on second day. No fruit!! Toaster didn’t work . However staff very polite and would get you toast.

The bed was very comfy a good nights sleep

The shower was very small and had to keep turning it off to prevent water overflow onto the floor. No menus at breakfast, had to request cutlery most of the cups contained dishwasher stains
